Exchange and Return Policy
- The consumer has the right to return the item or replace it if there is a defect in it.
- If it is found that there is a defect in the commodity, the Else store is obligated to return the commodity, replace it or repair it according to what the customer chooses, taking into account the nature of the commodity.

You are not entitled to exchange or return the goods in the following cases
- Having the same item elsewhere at a cheaper price.
- The item is free from any defects that may harm health and safety.
- You do not want the item.

When exchanging or returning goods, the following conditions must be observed
- The possibility of exchanging or returning the item within 3 days from the date of receiving the item
- The possibility of exchanging the commodity for another commodity
- Availability of the purchase invoice or proof of that with a statement of what was purchased
- The item must be in the same condition it was in when purchased. In the event of damage, the Else store has the right to demand the consumer to pay the value of the damages or pay the value of the commodity
